In addition, the RMNRA provides many avenues to directly assist those who have honorably served and those currently serving within various local Navy Commands. RMNRA programs include legislative affairs directly impacting our benefits and quality of life, professional development, and educational programs, civilian job finding assistance and recruiting support for officer candidates and enlisted recruits...to list but a few. Chapter membership is comprised of Regular and Associate eligibility. All members are encouraged to participate in social, educational and legislative programs and events. The ability to vote and hold national office is retained solely by Regular members. Regular membership includes all current and former, honorably separated, Commissioned or Warrant Officers of the United States Navy. Associate membership includes: Commissioned or Warrant officers of our sister US Armed Services. Commissioned or Warrant Officers of other nations are admitted on a case by case basis subsequent to an executive review. Spouses of eligible members Upperclassmen of the Service Academies and the NROTC Enlisted Naval Reservists, actively serving or honorably separated View our member roster and to submit your application.
